Delete Personal Data

Thank you for your interest in the Studentfy app.

We respect your right to privacy and comply with major data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

Remember that after the deletion of your personal information, it's impossible for us to restore your data again. This action is irreversable. If you wish to use the app again, you will have to create a new account with your personal information again from scratch.

Data on Studentfy

You can delete your app account in two ways:

• From the Studentfy app: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account and follow the steps to request the deletion of your personal information.
• By email: Contact us at hola@studentfy.com and request account deletion.

Data on our website

If your personal data is connected to our website, please contact us at hola@studentfy.com with the details of your request. We will delete your personal information and anonymize the related data in our system.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will delete your personal data within 72 business hours, in line with our obligations under applicable privacy laws.
